LUMS Annual Grand Meeting

Salam‘alaykum and Hi.

Dear LUMS members,

It has come around to the time of year where we have to elect the new committee of LUMS! This new group of people will replace the current committee and continue to bring LUMS forward as an organization that aims to serve its members as best as possible.

We will be holding the Annual Grand Meeting on Saturday 7^th May 2011. The venue will be confirmed later.

The nomination period starts immediately on midnight 10^th of April until midnight 20^th of April. Hence, the nomination form will be made available to you via e-mail on the 10^th of April.

To put yourself forward or to vote you MUST be a member of the society.
Positions up for election will be:

1.       President

2.       Vice President

3.       Secretary

4.       Treasurer

5.       Public relation (I)

6.       Public relation (II)

7.       Academic – General

8.       Academic – Medic

9.       Religious – male

10.     Religious – female

11.    Sports – male

12.     Sports – female

Do take part in this nomination as these are the people that will be shaping how LUMS operate for the next academic year. To those who are interested to nominate themselves, this is a great chance we brought to you; to have a role in the society in order to cultivate good interpersonal skills and establish an effective and organized teamwork. We look forward to seeing new charismatic and enthusiastic leaders of the future.
