T-Shirt Design Competition Terms and Condition

Artists Eligible:

• This contest is open to any Malaysians studying or working in Leicester.

Theme:

• Anything related to Malaysia or LUMS

Presentation:

• Only use the T-shirt template provided in the email.
• Your design can ONLY be on the front of the shirt.
• Maximum ONLY 2 colours on the design.
• Original design needs to be created in either one of the following file formats: Illustrator file (.ai) or vectorised PDFs, .eps, Photoshop file (.psd), JPEG, TIFF; and near to actual size and at least 300 dpi.
• Your design must be wholly original. By submitting a design you are guaranteeing that you hold rights to everything in it, and that it does not contain any copyright material. Copyrighted material includes items found on the internet, unless clearly marked as published under a creative commons (cc) license.

Entry form:

• You are allowed to design it with numbers of people, but only 1 name will be accepted during entry.
• You may submit up to 5 designs, but they must be submitted as separate entries.

Deadlines for entries:

• Entries can be submitted from 11^th February 2012, 00.01am.  The final date for entries is 26^th February 2012, 11.59pm.

Voting for designs:

• All entries will be entering to a voting page after the deadline.
• Voting period starts from 28^th February 2012, 00:01am and ends on 4^th March 2012, 11:59pm.
• Only 1 vote per person.

 

Winner:

• Winner will be announced on 5^th March 2012.
• The design with the highest votes will become the winner of this contest and design will be printed on the t-shirt.
• The winner will receive 1 FREE t-shirt and 1 certificate from LUMS.
• Winning design will become the property of LUMS and LUMS has the right to make any changes to the design if necessary.
• All participants will receive a certificate.
